Big hype, little substance
The outdoor amenities are fantastic, but the room was disappointingly cramped. Convenience to the slopes can't be overstated, making it a prime location for ski enthusiasts. Nonetheless, the breakfast lacked variety, and accessing certain facilities seemed disjointed, leaving more to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Apr 25attentive housekeepingawkward check-incramped room
Attentive housekeeping services contributed to overall cleanliness.
Our stay was marred by the awkward check-in process. Carrying heavy luggage down a floor to reach the front desk was frustrating. the room felt cramped. turning around was a challenge for two people. A leaking shower added to my disappointment, making it impossible to enjoy the amenities as intended. Lastly, the dining experience fell flat, with one meal served cold and another still frozen at its core.

Family with children cozy hideaway
The location was perfect right in the center you could reach everything quickly. The ski room was really well thought out made it easy to get ready for a day on the slopes.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still manageable for what you get.

missingWrote a review on Mar 30great locationdelicious breakfastcramped roomuneven serviceinconvenient access
The excellent location makes it easy to access nearby lifts, while the breakfast spread, including light snacks, was certainly a highlight. the family room felt cramped for four, limiting space to move around. Despite friendly staff, the service felt uneven, with inconsistent responses to requests, like for fried eggs at breakfast. The elevator access was also inconvenient, requiring room key usage at street level, which added unnecessary hassle.

Fantastic location right next to the slopes with a very attentive staff who went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. The restaurant offered a splendid breakfast, perfect for gearing up for the day ahead. 😊
Accessing the hotel required carrying luggage down several stairs. the immediate area had limited atmosphere for evening drinks, which was a missed opportunity.
